INTENTION TO ENTER

intends to enter a Team to the 2008 FISU World University Water Ski Championships.

Note: Delegations are limited to a total of 10. Teams are limited to a total of 6 with no more than 4 from each gender.

We expect our team to consist of:

_______         female skiers (maximum of 4)

_______         alternates

_______         team officials
